The Brief
Visa CEMEA asked us to help grow card numbers and sales volume of their small business and large business payment card products in 73 emerging markets around the world.

Our Solution
Manifest developed a series of sales support assets comprising ready to run presentations on key aspects of each card product. We structured the material under five headings, Opportunity, Solutions, Launch, Growth and Success, that represent the the entire journey from recognising the needs of businesses to fulfilling them by issuing the appropriate and profitable card. We used web technology to deliver the assets, both via Visa's Intranet and on CD because of the low bandwidth service in many emerging markets.

The Brief
The Creation of an intranet salesforce education and support tool for VISA EU's Relationship Managers.

Our Solution
Working closely with the Commercial Solutions marketing team, we designed, built and populated an entirely new intranet site to provide the EU sales force with everything required to understand and promote the product.

To create a pan-EU marketing resource to increase awareness of VISA Marketing activities amongst the sales teams and other internal staff.

Our Solution
We extended the approach and learnings from the highly successful VISA Business Knowledge Forum to build an intranet site which covers the marketing of every single VISA product platform.


VISA Commercial Solutions

Communicating with a Pan-EU Salesforce

VISA Business is a charge and revolving credit payment card designed specifically for the small business sector. A highly innovative product offering considerable revenue potential, the task involved identifying how to articulate and communicate the product potential to VISA's member banks in the EU.

Our strategy, developed jointly with VISA's product marketing team and senior management, was to build an intranet sales support tool for the local market VISA Relationship Managers, supported by product workshops for Member banks (both existing and potential Issuers). We also authored the core presentation and a large number of sales support materials.
