The Brief
Deutsche Postbank had invested heavily in building the most competitive small business payment card in the German market.
The product was imaginatively launched, using media such as floor graphics and sales presences in major stations,
and met with phenomenal success. Our task was to map the whole programme approach and results.
Our Solution
Manifest developed two detailed case studies, the first concentrating on mapping every phase of the programme from product design,
to launch activities and subsequent growth in sales volume.
The second case study focused on the card user experience to explore how the card design features met the needs of the bank's typical
small business owners and employees.
